Tarantula
The tarantulas food consists of other small arthropods such as beetles, ground crickets, sow bugs, and other spiders. The hunter sits and waits at the burrow entrance for its meals to wander by. It kills its prey by crushing and injecting poison with the large fangs that project downward from the front end of the body. Although deadly to small creatures, the tarantulas bite is of little consequence to human beings
